With the new Zodiac ZS500 pool heat pump, you get the temperature you want for your pool water, when you want it. The Heat select technology makes this pump special and it's the first heat pump to offer three operating modes.

Using ECO mode will allow the ZS500 to use as little as 50% of the energy available within the system. Switch to Smart Mode and the heat pump will operate between 50% and 100% of the energy, while Boost Mode will allow the heat pump to run at 100% if you need a quick warm-up for your pool water.

Better Performance

The Zodiac ZS500 heat pump provides the variable speed compressor to use any of the three modes listed above. It also provides a larger surface area (about 20% larger than other heat pumps) giving it the ability to college more heat from the air surrounding it. This results in better energy savings and higher performance overall.

EcoSilence Mode Provides Low Cost & Quiet Operation

When switched into EcoSilence Mode, the heat pump will remain super quiet, while using less energy to heat your pool water. It's designed with ultra-smooth roller bearings for incredibly quiet fan operation. This may be very important with noise control regulations in your area.

BoostMode Provides a Turbo Blast

When you need rapid temperature increases for your pool water, BoostMode gives you the blast of heat you need. It will work at full capacity giving you a quick warm up when the water is still cold.

Smart Mode for Intelligent Heating

When using the Smart Mode or Intelligent Mode, the ZS500 heat pump will adjust to find the best compromise between energy savings, silence and water temperature increase rate. It will work between 50% and 100% to ensure you get the best of all three.

Discreet Installation with the Vertical Blower Unit

Most conventional heat pumps require a clear space within a radius of about five metres. With the Zodiac ZS500, you don't have to worry about this radius because of the vertical blower system. It can be concealed behind trees without causing a drop in performance, which gives you complete discretion.

The Control Screen for the SZ500 heat pump provides a user-friendly design making all features easy for anybody to access. Easily set the temperature you desire, choose the mode you prefer and let the pump do its job, all in just one step.
